HOURS OF OPERATION

(Hours are subject to change and may be modified by clinician preference) 

Sundays………. Closed          

Mondays……….Closed, clinician preference to open 

Tuesdays……….10:00 a.m.  to   5:00 p.m. 

Wednesdays…...10:00 a.m.   to   8:00 p.m. 

Thursdays……..10:00 a.m.   to   8:00 p.m. 

Fridays…………  9:00 a.m.  to   5:00 p.m. 

Saturdays………  9:00 a.m.  to   4:00 p.m.

Each clinician may vary their work schedule depending on professional availability and personal/family schedule.  Each clinician may not be available on all days posted above.  For scheduling please call 270.351.4880.  If office personnel is not available to take your call, please leave a clear and concise message; including: your name, phone number, and purpose.  Please repeat your phone number twice when leaving a message.
